UC earns the Green Power Leadership Award

On September 28th 2021, the UC system was awarded the Green Power Leadership award by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  This award was given mainly due to the UC's focus on running it's campus' on renewable energy sources.  Renewable energy such as solar is one of UCR's main focuses and this award further encourages us to continue with renewable energy projects.
