The University of California has adopted new, stronger climate action goals that will affect UCR and all other UC campus'
These new goals intend to accelerate the UC's transition away from fossil fuels by prioritizing direct emission reductions and limiting the use of carbon offsets. This will align UC’s climate goals with those of the state of California.
