What we do

• Routine cleaning in classrooms, offices, laboratories, residential facilities, hallways, stairwells, conference rooms and restrooms, according to established frequencies. 
• Supplying paper products and hand soaps in restrooms.
• Preventative maintenance of hard floors and carpeted areas.
• Unlocking and locking of building entrances and general assignment classrooms.
• Managing the integrated pest management program to ensure compliance.
• Emergency and after-hours response 7 days a week, as needed.
• Zero Waste Initiative
  • 95% of the chemicals, equipment, and supplies we utilize meet green criteria.
  • Our green cleaning program reduces waste by using work methods that effectively clean, sanitize, and maintain our facilities.
  • In select buildings, we collaborate with Orgs to support a centralized collection program. See a flyer about our zero waste stations:

About our team

• We have 100+ senior custodians servicing the campus 24 hours a day/7 days a week, and also weekends
• Our team includes 6 lead senior custodians, 5 custodial supervisors, 1 custodial manager, and 1 director.
• We are a member of Healthy Green Schools and Colleges.
• We are a member of ISSA Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.
