Monday, October 19 (6:00 AM) – Thursday, October 22 (4:30 PM) Building Areas Affected: “AH2” “White” zones (see attached map) Tuesday, October 20 (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM) Lot 11 Closure: Due to crane operations. Monday, October 26 (6:00 AM) – Thursday, October 29 (4:30 PM) Building Areas Affected: “AH3” “Pink” zones (see attached map) Tuesday, October 27 (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM) Lot 11 Closure: Due to crane operations.	Batchelor Hall	Our team will be replacing failed chilled water coils in two air handlers. Work on air handler #2 will take place during the week of October 19, followed by air handler #3 during the week of October 26. We anticipate that each replacement will take approximately four days, as estimated by the factory.¬	Please note that there will be minimal to no comfort air cooling on all four floors in the areas indicated on the attached maps. The “AH2” “white” zones will be affected during the first week, followed by the “AH3” “pink” zones in the second week. Additionally, Lot 11 will be closed on the mornings of October 20 and October 27 for crane operations related to the removal and installation of chilled water coils. Friday, October 23 from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm	Student Health & Counseling Center	Interior and exterior window cleaning.	Window cleaners and cleaning equipment will be working both inside and outside the building. Visitors may encounter temporary sidewalk closures, warning signs, taped-off areas, hoses, wet walkways, and vendors working throughout the area. Please follow posted instructions and use caution around the work zones. Saturday, October 31 from 6:15 am to 6:00 pm	Alfred M. Boyce Hall	Replace the temporary transformer with the recently repaired permanent transformer.	During both outages, normal building power will be unavailable, and the building will operate on emergency power only. The outages will affect access control, air conditioning, chilled water, compressed air, the fire alarm system, and standard electrical service. Equipment connected to red receptacles will remain powered by the emergency generator.
