  • Hardscape; streets and sidewalks
  • Rooftops
  • Athletic and recreation fields
  • Apartments and residential areas
• Tree trimming and maintenance of over 8,200 trees.
• Weed abatement.
• Irrigation maintenance through a centrally-controlled irrigation system with over 40,000 sprinklers.
• Street sweeping.
• Integrated pest management.
• Specialized maintenance and compliance for campus arroyos and other areas.
• View a current schedule of landscape services and frequencies.

About our team

• We have approximately 40 full time employees.
• Our employees average the maintenance of approximately 10 acres per person.
• We are a 2022 Beautification Award recipient for the Glen Mor Arroyo, from the City of Riverside.
• Our initiatives support UCR as a bee-friendly campus.
• Our team includes a campus arborist.
