What we do

  • Routine cleaning in classrooms, offices, laboratories, residential facilities, hallways, stairwells, conference rooms and restrooms, according to established frequencies. 
  • Supplying paper products and hand soaps in restrooms.
  • Preventative maintenance of hard floors and carpeted areas.
  • Unlocking and locking of building entrances and general assignment classrooms.
  • Managing the integrated pest management program to ensure compliance.
  • Emergency and after-hours response 7 days a week, as needed.
  • Zero Waste Initiative
    • 95% of the chemicals, equipment, and supplies we utilize meet green criteria.
    • Our green cleaning program reduces waste by using work methods that effectively clean, sanitize, and maintain our facilities.
    • In select buildings, we collaborate with Orgs to support a centralized collection program. See a flyer about our zero waste stations:

For a more efficient service request

  • Provide the precise location, including building, room number, and room type such as lab, office, conference room, or classroom. Location details help us resolve the issue much faster.
  • Provide photos/videos and as much detail as possible about the issue in the description. Attachments can be added to a service request online following submission.
  • Include a good contact phone number and alternate contacts in case we need to call for assistance to find and enter spaces. 
  • Let us know of a desired completion date.
  • Floor and carpet care requests outside of the campus standard should be placed 14 days in advance.
  • For emergency-spill cleanups, please contact us (951) 827-4214 so a custodian can be dispatched immediately. Please let us know the spill material.
